I highly recommend this product, which I purchased as part of an ongoing exploration of possible aids for a 65 year old male unfortunately experiencing ED and wanting to maintain the intimate physical component of a long term relationship. The product description provided by PC is generally accurate, except for a couple of points which I will address below. The product is well made, using quality materials that produces a comfortable and easily donned sheath that can be safely used to help sustain physical intimacy. From my trial and error experimentation, I would suggest you not use lubricant on the inside of the sheath. Instead, carefully apply lube to the exterior of the sheath, and then roll it inside-out, starting with the entry ring. I have used this approach with several sheaths and penis enhances, and to date this product is the easiest one to turn inside out.
